UC Davis Engagement Photography

Kimberly and Justin were engaged last summer, but wanted to wait until the fall to take their engagement photography in Auburn, California to capture the colors of the falling leaves. Auburn CA, Grass Valley, Meadow Vista and the Sierra Foothills are a fabulous location for wedding and engagement photography – especially in the fall! I’ve spent many years in the Sierra Foothills – just a stone’s throw from South Lake Tahoe – enjoying the changing seasons and really love photographing weddings and engagements in this place that’s surrounded by so much natural beauty. Kimberly and Justin both grew up in Auburn and fell in love whilst studying at Sierra College near Rocklin and working at Old Town Pizza in downtown Auburn! I will photograph their wedding at the Grand Island Mansion in Walnut Grove, CA next June. As a local wedding photographer, I love to spend time photographing an engagement portrait with my clients,  it’s such a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and the familiarity makes the wedding photography process that much easier and more relaxed as the couple is already used to me photographing them. When a couple can relax in from of the camera on their wedding day, it produces for the most beautiful, timeless wedding photographs. Wedding photographers love to photograph couples deeply in love – Kimberly and Justin are just that! It’s clear to see that they are made for each other and at the start of an amazing journey together! I can’t wait to capture their Auburn CA Wedding Photography next summer!
